_Opolis Architects

_OPOLIS, a multidisciplinary practice was incepted in 2001 by Rahul Gore and Sonal Sancheti. Together, they bring individual aesthetic strengths, creative inclinations, technical expertise, and an artistic vision to the table. The dynamic duo’s commitment to style combined with simplicity has led them to execute a wide range of interior, architectural and urban projects, making _OPOLIS one of the leading firms in the country.

42MM Architecture

42mm is multi-disciplinary practice specialising in architecture, interior design, urban design, and master planning. Representing two decades of design excellence, the firm’s portfolio is complemented by a fresh perspective with a keen desire to depart from conventional models. Run by Priyanka Khanna and Rudraksh Charan, 42MM lays emphasis on understanding the end-user in relation to its environment. Incepted in 2004, the firm operates on a collaborative approach and a comprehensive consultation process that allows them to respond to requirements, technical processes, commercial environments and more – resulting in the optimum design solution.

4th Dimension

4th Dimension was established by Rinki and Mihir Kotak in 2004. Their architectural projects include high-rise buildings, institutional complexes, university campuses, schools, hospitals, and small commercial places. They are known for the interior design of high-end villas and apartments. Their belief is that they are the catalysts or enhancers towards whatever their client expects. They do not believe in a particular design culture or style and have made it a point that each project needs to be treated differently and should reflect the personality of the client. The firm assures that the space is telling a story about the dweller catering to their requirements, and eventually leading to a fusion of contemporary and modern style.

Aamir and Hameeda Interior Designers (AANDH)

Listed on the Forbes list of interior designers and architects to watch out for, Aamir and Hameeda Sharma Interior designers (AANDH) is an award-winning practice, headed by husband-wife duo Aamir and Hameeda Sharma. Aamir is a dynamic yet thoughtful designer whose work is invariably modern ‘with an eclectic twist’ and Hameeda masterminds smart, yet subtly glamorous interiors. For over 19 years, the practice has revolutionised avant-garde interior design, with spectacular projects tucked in their portfolio.

Abha Narain Lambah Associates

Abha Narain Lambah, principal architect of Abha Narain Lambah Associates has an esteemed education as well as over two decades of experience in the field of architectural conservation. In addition to this, her firm specialises in building restoration, museum design, historic interiors, preparation of urban and regional level conservation management plans, urban signage, street furniture and conservation assessment studies. A powerhouse in her genre, Abha has won a plethora of awards, one including her being in the top 20 female architects, globally.

Abin Design Studio

Incepted in 2005 by Abin Chaudhuri, Abin Design Studio is a highly acclaimed practice with international recognition. They follow the belief that architecture is not merely about creation but about searching. From the mechanics of spaces and forms to social aspects and from the beauty of light and shadow in harmony with nature, ADS finds itself growing immensely with each project. Abin Chaudhuri finds architecture to be an artistic expression and aims to provide ‘soul to a shell.’

ABM Architects

In 1972, after completing his Bachelor of Architecture from J. J. School of Architecture, Alfaz Miller established ABM Architects. The practice has a wide experience that spans across major institutional and corporate projects, private buildings, offices, airports, hotels, residential spaces, heritage, and conservation work. Their principal objective is client satisfaction. They have evolved with changing times, they have an amazing combination of a young workforce, guided by experienced professionals in the core team. They understand that every job is unique in size, budget, and constraints, thus requiring an individual approach. Aahana Miller, Alfaz’s daughter, now manages the practice.

Abraham John Architects

Abraham John Architects was founded in 1967, principled by Abraham John & Alan Abraham. The firm works with various organisations such as private clients, NGOs, and corporates. They make optimum use of space, natural materials, lighting, and landscape to reinvent and transform environments and urban spaces, making their design approach to re-connect architecture with nature. Their forte is attention to detail and customization.

ACE Associates

Established in the year 1999, ACE Associates was founded by Ashish and Nikhil Patel, Nilesh Dalsaniaa and Vasudev Sheta. Ace Associates is a result of their long academic association which facilitates them to understand the skills and orientations of individuals. They are committed to and skilled at solving clients such as institutional, residential, commercial, and hospitality. This firm provides in-house design solutions in various aspects of projects.

Ajit Shilpi Architecture and Interior Design

Ajit Shilpi had a keen interest art since his childhood and after being guided to the Rachana Sansad College of Architecture, he has not looked back. One of the core principles they follow at the studio is that the responsibility does not stop at creating an appealing visual magnet; it also must extend to creating environments that are conducive for the purpose they have been created for and must ‘fit’ the people for whom they have been designed. Ajit’s mantra is judicially detailed ‘feel-good’ spaces. They have taken projects all over the country and have also taken wings to include Colombo, London, New York, Chicago, and Atlanta.

Anagram Architects

Madhav Raman and Vaibhav Dimri are the founders of Anagram Architects in 2001, an award-winning firm based out of New Delhi. Vaibhav’s desire to experiment with new ideas influences the firm’s design process while Madhav brings insight and experience in transit, urban ecologies, multi-disciplinary strategies, and new technologies to their projects.

Annkur Khosla Design Studio

Blending contemporary design sensibility with elements of heritage and cultural past, Annkur Khosla straddles two worlds while aiming for balance in her creations. Pushing the boundaries of creativity, the co-founder of Annkur Khosla Design Studio states that her firm’s work stems from functionality, with a focus on the creation of meaningful spaces. A graduate of Indian Aesthetics at Jnanapravaha and the New York School of Interior Design, Annkur has undertaken a host of interior and architectural projects in India as well as abroad. Working to design functional, harmonious spaces with intent and purpose, the practice’s portfolio has spectacularly diverse projects.
